Tip: Are you drinking enough water. Water is a great way to help aid your weight loss. It's recommended to drink 1/2 ounce per pound or if you are active and exercising 2/3 ounce per pound.
So if you are active and weigh 150 pounds you should be drinking about 100 oz of water a day. That's almost 3 liters.

*Any weights that are .5 and below will be rounded down and any weights that are .6 and above will be rounded up.
Each week I will post the weekly percentages and overall percentages for everyone. This will give you a good idea on where you stand each week so you can push yourself for the next week.
After the 1st weigh in you will just weigh in at home and send me a text with a picture of your weight on the scale by 10 am every Monday. If no text is received from you by 10 am I will just enter a zero for your weight loss. The contest will go for 10 weeks with the final weigh in also being at my house.
For those living a great distance for the final weigh in, I will ask you to do a video weigh in just to make it fair for everyone. I trust everyone to be honest but just for everyone's peace of mind we'll do it that way.

*No fast fixed diets!!! No HCG, cleanse, detoxes, diet pills. This contest is to help you have a healthy lifestyle. So please be honest!
*If we do catch anyone cheating you will be disqualified and you will not receive your money back.
*If you chose to drop out of the competition your money is {non} refundable......NO EXCEPTIONS
