Tip: Are you drinking enough water. Water is a great way to help aid your weight loss. It's recommended to drink 1/2 ounce per pound or if you are active and exercising 2/3 ounce per pound.
So if you are active and weigh 150 pounds you should be drinking about 100 oz of water a day. That's almost 3 liters.
