My weight for the week.

 

This week was really hard for me. After figuring out what I would have to lose to even catch up to the top 3 I went on an eating binge. It was ugly, so many calories in just a few days. After 3 days of eating huge candy bars and cookies I thought to myself, "what was your goal in this, besides winning money?"

It was to lose 20 pounds. Here I was just 4 pounds away from my goal and I was throwing it all away just because I wasn't going to win money for my efforts. So I kicked myself in the butt and dedicated the rest of my week to finishing my goal. I have to remind myself that I'm doing this for me. I want to feel good and look better in my clothes. I don't want to hide in sweaters and baggy shirts this summer. So don't get discouraged because your not in the top. Hopefully you're learning healthy habits that you can use the rest of the year and your life. Don't forget there is also the penalty pot that you can win.
