How it works...
The contest will run for 5 weeks, starting May 26. In those 5 weeks you will need to lose 5% of your body weight. Just a quick breakdown to give you an idea of what you would need to lose
Starting weight- 130 pounds 5%= 6.5 pounds
140 pounds = 7 pounds
150 pounds = 7.5 pounds
160 pounds = 8 pounds
170 pounds = 8.5 pounds
180 pounds = 9 pounds
190 pounds = 9.5 pounds
200 pounds = 10 pounds
210 pounds = 10.5 pounds
220 pounds = 11 pounds
230 pounds = 11.5 pounds
240 pounds = 12 pounds
250 pounds = 12.5 pounds
260 pounds = 13 pounds
Hope you get the picture. I've typed pounds so many times in a row that it's starting to look like I spelled it wrong. HAHAHA!!
So at the end of the contest, June 30, if you have hit 5% and stayed there you win money!! How much money? Well let me tell you. (To clarify, if you hit 5% at week 3 but then gained at was at 4% at week 5 you would not qualify to win money. You have to be at 5% or higher ON WEEK 5)
The buy in is $30, at the end of the contest if you hit 5% you get at least $30 back. If you haven't hit 5% then your $30 get put with the other people that didn't make the cut and the money is divided between the winners. So say there were 20 people that did the contest and only 5 people hit 5% or more then they would get $30 + $90 ($450\5) so $120 total!!
This is a really motivating contest because there isn't just one top winner. So even if someone gets a high percentage you're not out of the game.`
Weigh in will be every Tuesday morning by 10AM. You text me a picture of your scale with the code word that I give out the night before. To make sure everyone is taking a picture of their weight at the same time, Monday night I will post a "word of the day" and you will have to write that word on a paper and put it on your scale, like on your feet. I will post an example picture to show you. I will post the word on here and on the Facebook group. I'm not worried about using a mirror this time, but if you want to use one because you're super honest feel free. I don't want to make extra steps but I want to keep everyone honest.
This is to help promote healthy choices, so there are no fast fixes allowed. This includes no juice cleanses, diet pills, body wraps, Thrive, HCG, starvation, purging, or surgery. Just basic healthy eating and exercise. If you are caught cheating you will be disqualified and forfeit your money and chance of winning.

*If you do chose to drop out of the competition your money is also non refundable. No Exceptions!!
Winners will be determined by percentage of weight lost. (starting weight – ending weight / starting weight x 100)
Each week I will post the weekly percentages and overall percentages for everyone. This will give you a good idea on where you stand each week so you can push yourself for the next week
Send in a before picture of yourself. I know it’s not the most flattering thing to take but you don’t need to wear a swimsuit. Just wear a tighter shirt and shorts. Then we will take after pictures. I may post the top 3 winners at the end, but mostly these pictures will help me to know you didn’t cheat. No one will see these pictures but me, unless at the end you want to share them you can.
Money is due by May 30 to keep you in the competition.
